01/09/2009 Two hertfordshire hog roasts over the next two days. One in Potters Bar, One in Waltham Cross. There must be something in the Hertfordshire air- we've got lots booked there over the next year!
03/09/2009 Today we’re off to do a hog roast in Norfolk. A small village hall just outside of Wymondham. I hope they don’t mind our free range spit roast from across the Suffolk border!
05/09/2009 Just got back from another hog roast in Norfolk. Just outside of Kings Lynn today to celebrate a retirement. Lots of pig roast left over- They’ll be eating hog roast sandwiches for at least a week!
06/09/2009 A nice local Suffolk hog roast today. Just a few miles from home to the other side of Bury st Edmunds, where the White family are hiring a pig roast to celebrate their daughters christening.
11/09/2009 Todays hog roast stays within Suffolk again. Off to do a post wedding spit roast in Woodbridge. Possibly the biggest back garden I’ve ever seen!
12/09/2009 We have two hog roasts today- One in Norwich and one in Essex. The Norwich hog roast is for an informal wedding in the customer’s garden. Fortunately, the weather held out for them. The Essex hog roast was in Chelmsford for a 21st birthday party. All of the guests commented on how crispy the crackling was!
13/09/2009 Two spit roasts today- One lamb spit roast in East Dereham for a Christening and a hog roast in Brentwood, Essex for Paul and Lisa, Celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary.
14/09/2009 We have an Essex Hog roast today- a garden party in Hornchurch just outside of Romford. I've knocked up a special stuffing for the occasion. It consists of black pudding, white pudding and morel mushrooms.
15/09/2009 We're the kings of Hertfordshire hog roast hire today! Two in Hatfield and One in St Albans. All us hog roast chefs are going to meet afterwards to check the local brew!
18/09/2009 We’re off to Romford Essex today for a hog roast in the customers garden- no special occasion, just a family get together. Perfect excuse to eat too much!!
19/09/2009 Today we’re doing a hog roast in Braintree, Essex for Andy and Angela’s wedding. Real nice bunch of guests. The other hog roast is in Heathersett, just on the outskirts off Norwich, Norfolk.
20/09/2009 We’re off to do a hog roast at Mangapp’s Manor near Burnham on crouch, Essex today. Fantastic scenery, lovely grounds and good views of the sea on the way in. Great place for a christening.

26/09/2009 Another two Suffolk Hog roasts today. One wedding hog roast at Swynford Paddocks Hotel in Newmarket and the other is a lamb spit roast in Felsham, bury st Edmunds. All proceeds are going to the local church fund

03/10/2009 We've got a rare DIY hog roast in Tivetshall st Margeret, Norfolk today. Not the sort of thing we normally do but we're out that way with another hog roast in Wymondham for the smart car owners club so we'll drop the pig off on our way!

30/10/2009 Two wedding hog roasts this weekend at the prestigeous woodhall manor in Woodbridge, Suffolk. The weathers starting to deteriorate now so we're serving the pig roast inside!

21/11/09 Today holds a hog roast wedding with all the trimmings! Duck liver parfait to start, free range hog roast with roasted vegetables and boulangere potatoes, followed by Lemon tart with scotch raspberry compote. All this will be happening at Kings Lynn town hall.

12/12/09 Doing a free range hog roast for a fantastic cause today! We're off to Culford School, Culford, Bury st Edmunds, Suffolk to do a masked ball for the Heart Foundation. The organisers Natalie and Georgia have worked so hard to put it together. We also have a corperate event at Woodhall Manor, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
19/12/09 We're off to Norwich today to do a hog roast for 'Norwich Youth For Christ'. We'll be serving inside this evening, which is always an option this time of year.
28/12/09 A hog roast close to home today, as we venture a few miles to wilbraham, Cambs to do an event for the Sam Grice Clay Pigeon shooting school- I've got my ear guards ready!!
31/12/09 We're off to Brentwood for another Essex hog roast today. The Higgins family are seeing the new year in with style! Festive canapes to start, Duck Liver Parfait with chestnut brioche as a starter, Hog Roast with cranberry chutney for the main course and Tart Tatin for dessert.
05/01/10 Two Norfolk Hog Roasts today. One in Watton and the other in Heathersett. Both are for under 30 guests so they'll be eating hog for the rest of the week.
10/09/11 We're off to chelsmford for another Essex Hog Roast today. 100 guests for a birthday party. As well as the hog rooast, they're having canapes and desserts! the van is bursting at the back doors!

04/09/2011 Three Free Range Hog roasts today. My one is for the Berry family at Beverley House stables in Newmarket, As they host their annual open day. My sister Sarah is off to do a hog roast in Lowestoft for a corperate day at Spinney farm, whilst Ben is spit roasting in Norwich.
03/09/2011 We're really busy today- a total of 4 hog roasts! All weddings, all with lots of side dishes. I've worked a straight 24 hour shift to get it all ready in time. I'm off to the beautiful castle acre, just outside of Swaffham, Norfolk. Phil is off to Swynford Paddocks Hotel in Newmarket, Ben is off to Kesgrave and sarah is off to Bury st Edmunds.

29/08/2011 Just got back from doing our annual hog roast at the Quy Mill Local Beer and Food Festival in Quy, Cambridge. Sold out of hog rolls within 2 hours! better make it two pigs next year!
28/08/2011 Three hog roasts today- One hog roast christening in Woodbridge, Suffolk, a Lamb roast family gathering in Milton Keynes and a 60th birthday hog roast in Rayleigh Essex. Our new homemade apple sauce is going down very well!
27/08/2011 A day of wedding hog roasts today. One in Hockwold near Brandon in Suffolk, One in Ashill, near Thetford in Norfolk and another in Arbury, Cambridge. All parties have taken advantage of our salad options- a busy weekend back in the kitchen!

21/08/2011 Two events today. One hog roast in Oulton near Lowestoft, Suffolk for a nice relaxed family get together. I'm told by the chef that the swimmiing pool is quite something! The other hog roast is in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire for a 1st anniversary.
20/08/2011 Hog roasts in 3 counties today. One in Rochford, Essex for a wedding, another hog roast in Littleport near Ely, Cambridgeshire for an anniversary and One in Earl Stonham near Stowmarket, Suffolk for a 40th birthday. We had a rare treat for today- a good friend has an apple tree thats just shed all of its fruit. She produced three outstanding different sauces to accompany our hog roasts.
Pink peppercorn, lime and apple jack
Shallot, butter and sweet wine
Orange, Vanilla and Cider.

14/08/2011 Two hog roasts today. One in Woodbridge, Suffolk for a post wedding lunch- probably an attempt to soak up yesterdays liquid consumption! The other pig roast is in Crowfield, Suffolk for a wedding reception.
13/08/11 Three hog roasts today. The first is a wedding in Bury st Edmunds, Suffolk (above). The happy couple had their reception at the Greene King social club- not much chance of running out of beer there! The other two hog roasts were in Cambridgeshire. One in Burwell for my stepdaughters uncle's wedding and one in Cambridge to celebrate the efforts of East Anglian Air ambulance.

07/08/11 Two hog roasts today; One is a christening pig roast in Wickford, Essex. The other hog roast is for a combined birthday and baptism in Welwyn Garden City, Herts.
06/08/11 Today we have three hog roasts. One is at the beautiful Abbey School in Woodbridge, another is at Woodhall Manor and the last is is Brandon, Suffolk. All three hog roasts are for weddings- must be the season for it!
05/08/11 We're the kings of hertfordshire hog roast hire again today with 2 spit roasts in Wellwyn Garden City. Unbelieveably, both are 'barn dance' themed fund raisers.

16/02/11 More dinner party catering in Essex today. On the back of the wine tasting menu I served last month, I've got a slightly less formal affair in Braintree. A Silver wedding anniversary for the King family. Belly of pork and langostines- a winning combination!
06/01/2011 Hog Roast catering Norfolk style again today! This time, our attleborough based clients have given us one of their own Norfolk Free Range pigs to cook. The hog was very tasty but not quite as nice as our Suffolk beasts obviously!
04/01/2011 I've done some private catering in Essex today. There were only 15 guests but they had a bespoke 6 course tasting menu to accompany some wine that they've had imported from Valencia. I was really hoping to get some pictures but I ran out of time during service!
05/12/10 Hog roast catering Norfolk style today. It's a Christmas Party for a clothes shop in Norwich and they've asked for some Rottiserie cooked Norfolk black Turkey to suppliment the hog roast. Both meats compimented with our cranberry and crab apple chutney.
